Can physical therapy help my swing speed?
Yes through a structure program that includes mobility work, strength, power, and speed training we can make a significant difference in your club head speed.
Can physical therapy help my back pain with golf?
We can get to the bottom of what is causing your pain and build a plan to address these to get you back on the course without pain.
Do golfers need mobility or strength training?
Both can be very important to our golf swing. Having the physical capabilities allows us to make swing changes easier. Both are also vital to overall health and longevity with the game.
How do I improve my rotation and power?
Improving mobility takes consistency over time and knowing what each individual needs. Power requires strength as a baseline but then very specific training to be able to express that strength to power.
